Who We Are
We are a group of people who came together to address a critical need in our community. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has a safe, loving space during their final days. Monadnock Hospice House provides an alternative to home or hospital care by providing a home-like atmosphere where individuals can receive dignified and compassionate care.
Monadnock Hospice House is that home.
As a social model hospice, we provide compassionate end-of-life care in a homelike, community-based environment. We work alongside traditional medical hospice providers to offer 24-hour care, support services, and comfort to terminally ill individuals and their families—stepping in when home care needs exceed what a family can provide.
Monadnock Hospice House provides care regardless of financial means.
We rely on support from the community and families who are able to make a contribution towards the care of their loved ones.
